Ashley has built a multifaceted career across design, construction, and client consultancy. She has held key roles in the delivery of major projects and programmes across the public and private sectors, including roles at Sir Robert McAlpine and Ryder Architecture.

A specialist in digital transformation, Ashley previously led McLaren Group’s BIM and digital strategy and now leads Equinix’s global digital delivery programme, helping teams adopt smarter, more connected ways of working through digital tools, data, and digital twins.

Alongside her core role, she contributes to industry initiatives and volunteer organisations including NIMA (formerly the UK BIM Alliance), championing digitalisation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the built environment.
