As Technical Manager – Digital at Morgan Sindall Infrastructure, I lead the implementation of digital construction and information management processes across major infrastructure projects. My role focuses on delivering efficient, compliant digital workflows aligned with ISO 19650, ensuring project information is accurate, accessible and supports effective decision-making. I oversee Common Data Environments, develop digital standards and governance, and drive the adoption of technologies including BIM, AI, GIS, Microsoft Fabric and automation tools to improve collaboration and project performance. I work closely with project teams, clients and supply chain partners to embed best practice, enhance data quality and enable better outcomes throughout the project lifecycle. My passion is using digital innovation to simplify complex processes, increase efficiency and help deliver safer, smarter and more sustainable infrastructure.
