I am a Programme Manager within the Environment Agency’s Innovation Delivery Group, a national team responsible for managing a corporate risk portfolio of projects and programmes driven by changes in standards, legislation and national policy. My role focuses on assessing impacts at a national scale, ensuring that emerging risks and requirements are understood, prioritised and translated into effective once national delivery responses.
