Sean Kearney is a Chartered Civil Engineer and digital leader with 18 years of experience helping organisations deliver complex infrastructure projects through effective digital transformation. His expertise spans digital strategy, information management, digital twins and AI across the water, healthcare, aviation, international development and defence sectors. Sean led digital delivery and information management for the Anglian Water Reservoirs Programme, driving the adoption of innovative technologies to improve project outcomes and enable future digital twin capabilities. Previously, he led BIM and Digital Twin strategy for the New Hospital Programme, developing guidance, standards and use cases to support the vision for intelligent hospitals. He has also delivered nationally and internationally significant initiatives, including the award-winning Prosperity Fund BIM Programme and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority Digital Strategy.
